How much do you charge for delivery?

When will you ship my order?

We normally ship all orders within 2 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.

How are orders placed on saey 7! delivered to me?

All orders placed on Saey 7! are dispatched through our own courier service or through other courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC Etc.

I don’t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift. Can this be done?

Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to Government regulations.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please do reach out to us on and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

How does reverse pick up works?

Reverse pick-up does not apply as per our policies, hence customers can self ship the items to saey7. Post the quality check of all received items, if it is genuine refund will be initiated and the customer would be given a coupon of Rs.100 (as reverse pickup cost) to be used for further purchase in saey7!.

What is Saey 7!'s Shipping Policy? ​

We strive to deliver products purchased from Saey 7! in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If you have placed an order with Saey 7!, shipping will be completely FREE.​

  • If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, if paid online.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, the self-shipment charges should be bared by the customer. For accounts whose return behavior violate our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 199 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

How can I pay for my order at Saey 7!?​

We support the following payment options at Saey 7!:

  • Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net banking
  • UPI

Through our online payment partners PayPal, RazorPay, Paytm.

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • The packaging should have the original tags in place.

They should be returned within 20 days from the dispatch date. 
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

What is Saey 7!'s Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse through mail This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into your bank account irrespective of your payment mode.

Can I choose a different item in exchange?

You can only exchange your item within 20 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.

Can I exchange/ return a product bought in a Sale/ Discounted Price?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/Discounted items cannot be refunded.

Any order placed through  Refer & Earn process will not be eligible for return or cancellation as advocates gets preference to be paid out earlier.

[If in case if the customer wants to return or exchange the purchased product in Refer and Earn Program, customer will have to pay the Discounted Price plus advocates sæyCash+ rewarded and shipping costs will be charged Rs.100 (for the new delivery only as return of the product will be at your own risk) for the Product and this could be worked out only through our customer care email ( conversation. And if once the customer care execute has accepted your request, the amount quoted by our customer care executive through mail has to be paid before approval, in order to proceed further. And in any case order cancelled/returned will be treated as old customer only. Hence do be sure about your online order placement for purchase

For Example: 

If your Advocate's sæyCash+ = Rs.250
Your Discounted Price = Rs. 250
Shipping cost Charged for New Delivery only (as return will be at your own risk) = Rs.100
Total of (Rs250+Rs250+Rs100 = Rs.600) rupees seven hundred only will be charged and has to be paid before in order to Exchange the Product.
If to Return/ Cancel the, a total amount of Rs.500 has to be paid which is excluding the New Delivery Cost.]

Why haven't I received my Referral Reward yet after referring a friend who has made a purchase?

There are a couple of potential reasons why you may have not yet received your referral reward even though the friend you referred has made a purchase at the store.


Potential Reason


1. Your friend did not click your referral link before making a purchase.

If your referral link is not clicked, no referral will be attributed to you.

2. Your friend clicked someone else's referral link before clicking your referral link to make a purchase.

The referral is attributed to the 1st referral link clicked before a purchase is made.

3. Your friend completed the purchase using a different device and browser from the one used to click your referral link.

Referral tracking is cookie based and is dependent on the friend completing the purchase in the same browser that was also used to click the referral link.

4. Your friend's purchase is below the minimum amount to be considered for a reward.

A retailer may set a minimum purchase amount for a referred purchase to be considered rewardable and is often communicated as part of the referral program.
Please check with the retailer directly for details.

5. The minimum number of referred purchases required for a referral reward have not yet been met.

You will have received a "Reward Pending" email.
This minimum number is determined by the retailer and is often communicated as part of the referral program.

6. The Referred Purchase Review Period still in effect

You will have received a "Reward Pending" email.
During this period (which varies from retailer to retailer), retailers may voided a referral or deleted a purchase (e.g. if fraud is discovered or if the purchase is returned).
 After this period, referral rewards earned become eligible to be sent out. 

7. You have not yet selected your cash reward preference and entered your PayPal email address (cash referral rewards only)

After a successful referred purchase has been made using your referral link, you will be sent an email to select your reward preference and enter your PayPal email address.

8. We haven't collected the reward amount from the retailer yet (cash referral rewards only)

ReferralCandy pays out cash referral rewards to advocates on behalf of the retailer only after we have collected the amount from the retailer.
Since invoicing happens once a month, there may be up to a month's delay before you receive your cash reward (depending on when we invoice the retailer).


Once these above conditions are met, you will receive a "Successful Reward" email and your referral reward. 

Is my information safe?

We take the utmost care with your data and the customer information is never shared with external parties. If you choose to cancel our service, we will delete all content in your account immediately.

Are successful referrals detected automatically?

Yes, once set up, our Partner app monitors and detects* successful referrals automatically. However, it may take a couple hours after a purchase for the platform to run through all the necessary verification checks so it isn't instantaneous.

How are cash rewards are paid out?

Cash Rewards will only be paid out after the following conditions are met:

  1. All conditions for a rewardable referred purchase are met (i.e. minimum purchase amount is met, referred purchase review period has passed)
  2. The Advocate has provided their PayPal email address for us to send the reward

What happens if my advocate does not have a PayPal account (to send cash rewards to)?

Our Partner Software sends cash referral rewards to advocates through PayPal. In the event that advocate does not have a PayPal account, he/she will still be able to claim the cash referral reward in the following manner:

  1. Our Partner software sends cash to the advocate's email address

  2. Advocate gets an email from PayPal letting them know they have received funds

  3. In the email, if the advocate does not have a PayPal account, the advocate is instructed to open a PayPal account to receive funds into their PayPal balance.

NOTE: PayPal restrictions regarding Cash Rewards

  1. PayPal regulations prevent us from sending money to PayPal accounts that are categorized as Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs). Advocates should ideally set up a Personal PayPal account to receive the rewards. 
  2. PayPal regulations prevent us from sending money to PayPal accounts in Russia, Ukraine or Turkey so please ensure that your Advocate's account is set up outside of these countries to be able to receive their rewards.
